As a higher education scholar, practitioner, and consultant with over fifteen years of experience, I have trained and developed leaders at institutions including Harvard University, Yale University, Columbia University, American University, George Washington University, and Connecticut College.
Currently, I am a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Uproot Talent, an award-winning, Latina-owned executive search and learning experience firm who believes people are the heart of social change and organizations. I am also an incoming 2025-206 Faculty Fellow at the HACC and a Ph.D. student in the Education and Inequality, Cross-Disciplinary Theory program at The George Washington University. My teaching and research focuses on race and disability in higher education.
