I empower others to be informed leaders and change agents in their professional and personal spaces.

As a higher education scholar-practitioner, coach, and consultant with fifteen years of experience, I have trained and developed leaders at institutions including Harvard University, Yale University, Columbia University, American University, George Washington University, and Connecticut College.

Currently, I am a Ph.D. student in the Education and Inequality, Cross-Disciplinary Theory program at The George Washington University. My research focuses on race and disability in higher education.
